An office-based support team are on-hand to take and process telephone orders and Rainbow also has a fully stocked showroom at the Manchester site which is open from 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Operations TeamRainbow’s Operations Team supervised the movement of over £60m worth of goods in 2021. The business is set up to manage incoming and outgoing container shipments and dispatch to central depot, direct to store and direct to consumer. The logistics team work closely with the sales and customer teams to ensure the ongoing, exceptional service record for delivery.
The department continually refreshes its processes and systems to cutting edge industry standards and technical innovation.
The Brand TeamThe Rainbow Brand Team is responsible for developing the Rainbow portfolio of brands: Sunkissed, The Kind Edit Co., QKI and Tilly. They manage all aspects of brand development, including: product lifecycle, NPD, execution of the marketing and communication plans, business development and sales. Due to the success of the own brand division the Brand Team continues to increase in numbers to support the on-going commitment to building beautiful brands developed through insight and innovation.
