Creating an Account
In order to use this site you will require a trade account and login details. To obtain a trade account please complete the
application form Once we have confirmed your details we will contact you with a login and password. We do not supply to customers who do not operate a trade account.

Ordering with Rainbow Cosmetics
Rainbow Cosmetics supply to wholesale and retail customers who have trade accounts and have been assigned login and password details.

How can I place an order?
We have endevoured to make the web site as intuitive as possible and provided a simple means for you to order. You can browse through our site adding products to your shopping basket by clicking the “add to basket” button as you go along. You can use the list facilties to bring up products by brand or type. Alternatively enter part of the description in the search facilty to see a list of products containing that word. There is PLOF page for you to quickly order your regular lines, simply tick the box alongside each product to add it to your shopping basket. Once you have added all the products required click on the checkout button where you will see a summary of the order. Lines can be amended and deleted on the checkout page or you can return to the product pages to add to your order. Click on the submit button to confirm your order. An order acknowledgement will be sent to your E mail address. Customers who do not have a credit account will be directed to our secure ProTX payment facility.

How can I pay for my orders?
To use this site you must have an account with ourselves. Once your order has been received it will be picked and despatched as required by yourselves and you will be invoiced for payment in accordance with your credit terms. If you do not have a credit account then you can pay using our secure ProTX credit and debit card payment facilities. Those customers who are paying by card will be directed to the ProTX facilty on confirming their order.

At this point you will be on the cardholder check page where you will asked for your card details and Mastercode secure password. If you do not have Mastercode SecureCode password you will be asked to set one up. Once you have verified your card details you will be asked to create a password, this is then used on all sites that have Mastercard SecureCode or verified by Visa enabled. Failure to enter the correct password at this stage will cancel your order.

Completing your order
By clicking “Complete Payment” you will be taken back to the Rainbow Cosmetics site where you will be able to see whether your order was successfully placed. If you are experiencing any problems you can order over the telephone by calling one of sales staff on 0161 767 7878 or by printing your order and faxing it to 0161 767 7879. Should your order not be fully fulfilled we will immediately credit your account with the shortage and contact you to agree how to reimburse the difference between what you paid and the actual cost. Credit account customers only need to click on the “submit” button to complete their order. They will then receive an electronic confirmation of the order and be invoiced for the actual quantity supplied (in case of stock shortages) when the order is despatched.

Is there a minimum order?
Rainbow Cosmetics only supply trade accounts. There is a minimum order value of £500 for the first order from UK based customers with a subsequent minimum order value of £150. All Export orders are subject to a minimum order value of £2000.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

How do you deliver orders
We aim to despatch orders the next working day following receipt of your order. We use a variety of secure carriers including our own vehicles. Please inform us if you have any delivery restrictions or days when you cannot take delivery, these can be readily accommodated by our despatch team. Delivery will be between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm. Deliveries outside these times are subject to agreement with ourselves and will incur additional charges.

What are your delivery charges?
All our prices are Ex-Warehouse. Free delivery on orders greater than £500.00 within the UK apart from the Highlands and Islands including N and S Ireland. A small charge is made on orders of £500 and less, this charge is shown on the final order before you submit it.

  1. For export orders, customers are required to make their own carriage arrangements however we can provide you with a trusted freight forwarder.

  2. VAT will be charged on all export orders & will be reimbursed on receipt of a Certificate of Shipment. Once a trading relationship is established VAT will not be charged providing the Certificate of Shipment is received in a timely manner.
Can I return goods?
We do not accept orders on a sale or return basis. However if the product is faulty or damaged please contact us by phone upon receipt of the order.

What is UK Recommended Retail Price (RRP)?
This refers to the price the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market. These are provided for guidance only they are not reviewed on a regular basis.

In the case of Un-boxed items or testers the price of the equivalent packaged goods may be shown for reference. We do not supply testers free of charge. We make every effort to ensure such products are identified as such at the time of you placing your order.

What if you haven’t got what I require?
New stock arrives daily but we do not operate a back order system. Orders placed for items out of stock will be delivered short and classified as complete. If you wish to receive a weekly E mail of new arrivals please inform our sales staff and this will be arranged.

Are your products genuine?
As a leading and reputable wholesaler we will never compromise our reputation by supplying imitations or counterfeit products. Our experienced buyers ensure that the products purchased are genuine authentic and passes our quality control procedures.

PRIVACY POLICY
Any information we hold about you or your company will only be used lawfully and not shared with any third party company. Card payments are processed remotely by the ProTX system. As such Rainbow Cosmetics( Manchester) Ltd do see or retain any of your card details. Information retained is the minimum required to operate a business to business trading relationship.

PRICING
All our prices are net and subject to VAT which will be shown on your order prior to you submitting it. There is a minimum order value of £150.00 plus VAT. We do not supply part cases.
