We believe that the best way to achieve this objective is to provide our customers with experienced account managers to listen to their needs. Each of our customers is treated as an individual as everyone has a unique business requirement.
In addition to our account managers we have a full team of warehouse staff committed to ensuring that our stock levels are maintained to provide the highest level of order fulfilment.
Today Rainbow is a £45m business. Our reputation has continually increased since 1990 and has helped us to establish a loyal customer base and allowed us to work with some of the best known multiple retail groups.
Each year we continue to rise to the challenges laid down by all our customers from independent retailers to multiples with 500 or more stores.
